Pillow plate machine controls and maintenance
Keppels machines use a Beckhoff PC-PLC. Optic protection glass and nozzle cleaning brushes are the main consumables. IPG supports the source; Keppels supports the pillow-plate machine.

Backups and service
Keep a program and machine-image backup. Stainless reflection and dirty sheet are process issues before they are laser issues. Accuracy needed is “pattern stays on the sheet”. IPG field service follows IPG’s network in the USA and Korea; Keppels supports world wide programs and process around the source and pillow plate machine.
